REST API for transcription control

Developers, we’ve introduced a new level of control with our REST API—now, you can start and stop transcriptions programmatically during live sessions! This enhancement means greater flexibility, allowing you to customise when and how transcriptions are managed. Learn how to use this powerful new API tool.

Introducing polls

(Available from 27 June 2024)

Making your meetings and webinars interactive is easier than ever with our new polls feature! Polls allow hosts to instantly gather feedback and boost engagement during sessions, transforming passive attendees into active participants. We’ve also added an option to reorder polls on the platform, making it simple to keep things organised on the fly. Discover how polls can elevate your sessions.

Upvoting in Q&A

We took our Q&A feature up a notch by introducing upvoting. Participants can now upvote questions, ensuring that the most relevant topics rise to the top and keeping discussions focused. New features for mobile users

To make our platform more seamless for mobile users, we’ve added an unread message indicator so you’ll never miss out on important updates during a session. Plus, with intuitive drag-and-drop poll management and the ability to download poll and Q&A data, staying organised and gathering insights has never been easier, even on the go. Introducing Chinese language options

We’re committed to making our platform accessible to a global audience, and we’re excited to offer Simplified and Traditional Chinese language options now.
