Our team is always working hard to make your experience better. In this update, we've added various improvements and bug fixes to our products. Here are a few of the changes you might have already noticed.

Embedded Meetings

In this update, we're introducing a new section in the dashboard where team members can manage webhooks. We've also added new team and room settings to configure the top bar and mode switcher visibility.

Dashboard and API

New Features

• Introduced a new feature to the dashboard allowing integrators to create, read, update and delete webhooks to expose the 'participant joined' and 'participant left' events.

• Recordings that are in progress are now tagged with an 'in progress' label in the dashboard.
• Added a new 'Manage account' link, allowing team admins to update billing details, upgrade account from Free to Meetings Plan, and downgrade account from Meetings back to Free plan.
• Added a new 'Upgrade account' button for Free Plan customers to facilitate their access to the Meetings Plan. 
  
  

• Implemented invoice closing, so that when a billing cycle is complete, the pending invoice can be automatically issued to the customer.
• Added a new dashboard setting and API property: Integrators may now configure the visibility of the top bar.
• Added a new dashboard setting and API property: Integrators may now configure the visibility of the mode switcher.

• Added a new dashboard setting and API property: Integrators may now configure rooms so that their own tile appears minimised for all participants on join.

• Added indices on the subscription columns in the database to speed up queries.

In-Room

Fixed

• Fixed issue wherein the browser still showed the screenshare badge once screenshare had been effectively stopped when the sharing user rejoined after experiencing connection issues.
• Resolved issue wherein the own tile wasn't showing when a tile is pinned and pagination is active on mobile.
• Fixed issue wherein the 'Collapse' and 'Maximise' buttons became unresponsive after minimising the participant's own tile.
